We have had the pleasure of availing ourselves of the services of Mr David Tremmil of Inloco Events over the past 14 years.

 

Inloco Events have been instrumental in negotiating numerous substantial contracts on our behalf. Our annual International Convention and Trade Show is run over over a six day period and attracts an average attendance of 16,000 professional and aspiring photographers.

 

In addition the Inloco team have negotiated with many other venues on our behalf for regional trade shows and seminar/workshop events, these include football stadiums, crickets grounds, boutique hotels, exhibition centres…

 

Inloco have offered us a comprehensive service and have skilfully taken into consideration the needs of ourselves and the venue. This has culminated in consecutive success for our major event along with a good working relationship with the venues.

 

David is always willing to make himself available throughout the year to discuss any aspect of our bookings or requirements and will work tirelessly to find venues that suit our particular needs.

Despite having used good quality booking agents it the past, prior to meeting David and the team, my preference for booking accommodation and events was very much DIY as I felt that it was easier to negotiate directly with potential venues. 

However, David and his team provide such an excellent service that you know that they are working for you, ensuring that you get the right venue and the best possible deal.

 

But their service is much more than that. In my experience of using booking agents, once the contract is signed the agent will step aside and contact is then directly with the venue. However, Inloco Events go beyond expectations in that they continue to be involved providing as much or as little assistance as you need to ensure that the contract runs smoothly.

 

Their contacts are far reaching, as a result our company has benefitted from the positive relationships he has within the industry, in the form of securing favourable rates and quality service.

InLoco Events Ltd has acted for the Submariners Association to recommend, arrange viewing  and liaise with the contractual side for more than 10 years.
